6 days of Christmas!!!

Since we are going to Tennessee for Christmas this year, we don't want to take ALL of our presents with us. So this year we are doing something different. We thought about opening presents on Christmas eve but the the kids wont be able to play with their toys before we have to leave. We are leaving Christmas Eve late morning. So we decided to let them each open one present each night so they would have some time to play with their toys! But we will still take one present for Christmas morning (the best present) and of course they will have their stockings. And Santa is coming on Christmas Eve to pass out presents in Tennesse so they will get one present on Christmas eve too. Which is Always PJ's. So anyway, we started Saturday Night with opening the first present. So the kids get 6 days of Christmas this year!!!

5th day of Christmas Wednesday, Christmas EVE

We drove to Tennessee. It was a fun drive. We saw Icecicles hanging from the mountains, and huge Firework stands! My brothers would love the South because of all the cool Fireworks you can get. Tennessee's fireworks are not as good as South Carolina's. They have some AWESOME ones there!

I like Nashville because they have their roads on a grid system like Arizona and most of the states out west. The South has issues!!! Not a straight road anywhere!

Katrina keeping a safe distance from Santa...

The boys (Men) got airplanes from Santa.... And Flannel shirts from Donna's Grandma. You will notice the guys wearing them the next day.

I wish there was room and time to post all of the pictures...It was so neat to go spend time with the Frensley family (My sister-in-law's family) in Tennessee. They were so good to us. They treated us like family. They unexpectidly bought us presents and included us in on everything. IT was so neat. They are such a neat family. We loved spending Christmas time with them.

The next day we went on a walk. They live on a large peice of land so there are lots of places to discover....Here are the kids...

You can see a little of the scenery as we walk down the drive way...

The Haunted House Donna was always scared of as a little girl....We went to check it out....
